This is an update from my previous review. "Please note that my comments are not towards your employees, they were very professional, but it is more about my decision to try to fix the floor instead of a full replacement. Although my garage floor maybe more secure now, it looks worst than before. Due to the existing cracks the repair increased a bulge near the garage door and has created a larger gap between the garage door and the floor in each extremity, which causes another problem. The estimate I received by another company to level the garage floor by grinding is more than $2000, which add to the initial cost of the repair which is slightly cheaper than replacing the complete floor. Knowing what I know now, in my case if I had to make this decision again I would pay the difference and choose a full floor replacement." Update: I was surprised to received a call from Gus Masoud few days later, and he advised that he had read my review, and that they would do what is necessary to solve my issue. Shortly after Dan Rassi attended my residence and grinded the floor to minimize the gap between the floor and the garage door. He did an excellent job fixing the issue.

Update from previous review. "never received a call back after signing the contract, I had to do the follow up." Update: I was surprised to received a call from Gus Masoud few days later and he advised that he had read my review and they would what is necessary to solve my issue.

The person seems knowledgeable, arrived on time. When he was told that I was also looking at other alternatives, he was reluctant to drill holes to give me an exact quote, something to the effect that he did not want to waste his time.

Update: Dan Rassi attended my residence and grinded the floor to minimize the gap between the floor and the garage door. He did an excellent job fixing the issue.
