I have a 12' x 12' shed built on a concrete pad that appears to have sunk into the ground such that the shed fills with water and ice in the winter to about 5" thick at the back. I am looking to see how much it would cost to raise the foundation (and the shed) above the ground level to prevent water infiltration.
