We could not be happier with the whole experience. From initial call, to estimate, to scheduling it was a pleasure to deal with Purlift. He answered all our questions, demonstrated confidence in the product and process. He knew his stuff!   Installation crew: These lads were outstanding ambassadors for your company. Mike and JF called us 30 minutes before arrival, were polite, friendly, and professional on arrival. They got right to work, explained the process, gave us tips and suggestions on how to follow up on the work, cleaned up thoroughly, prepared the bill and processed payment on the spot. Top-shelf representatives of Purlift.   The cleanup process: The only evidence that the crew was there was the fact that our pool deck was level. Mike and JF took the time to clean, fill the bored holes, and make sure they left the place better than they found it.   We got many estimates and opinions about how to deal with our sinking pool deck. These ranged in price from a few thousand to many thousands of dollars, and each had its risks. Denis from Purlift noted that the concrete was generally in good shape and was confident that it could be lifted and leveled without damaging the pool components. The net result was that we opted to keep the existing concrete and have it leveled and stabilized versus having it all removed and repoured. With this done, we can move ahead with further work knowing that it can be done without compromising the pool structure. The process included not only the lifting and leveling of the sections that had sagged, but they went to all sections of the pool deck and injected the material to protect against future movement in all areas. It is a remarkable solution and the salesperson and onsite crew left us feeling confident that we made the right decision. The head office team was also excellent. James, Veronica and the customer service team were excellent to work with and the booking process was seamless and simple. I highly recommend exploring Purlift as an alternative to major reconstruction of concrete pads. It may not be for every situation, but it is worth checking out when considering options. These folks are honest, professional, and customer focused...refreshing in these times!

Very professional and good at walking you through the process of the work that was to be done. You were pretty much the least expensive option and also Sam, your rep., was very good at explaining what would all be involved with the work that needed to be done.
