Everything went very well with my pool slab lift. The entire process completely surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail on the part of your team was excellent. They were communicative about what they could and could not do, and about how far they could go with a particular lift due to 38 years of deformation in my pool slabs. Now everything is aligned and dangerous trip hazards have been completely eliminated. The team also informed me as to what needed to be done afterwards with regards to filling cracks, covering exposed urethane at the lifted edges etc., so that sunlight or water infiltration wouldn’t cause the urethane to deteriorate. I’ll be caulking this week and backfilling with soil around the outside over the weekend to be sure. Very professional team. I’d be happy to recommend your firm any day.

My first contact was in June 2018 and I was impressed by the young person who came for the visit. I had to delay the work needed due to health issue. I contacted Purlift again in March 2023 and dealt with qualified and professional people at every level of the company from sales to scheduling and execution of the work. We are more than pleased with the work that was recently done by PURLIFT on our front landing. A large gap of 4 inches, due to the slow sinking of our front steps in relation to our landing, was completely corrected; it looks just as it did when the cement was poured 11 years ago. I can’t believe it! The PURLIFT team, from start to finish, was professional and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for a great job done!

Joel (salesman) was fantastic! He explained the process very well, and comparative/alternative costs (which I validated to be true)and it was really great to deal with him. Frank and William (technicians) were outstanding during the entire process. They explained every step of what they were going to do prior to starting the job and followed through with thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. Couldn't even tell they were except for the now level concrete pooldeck. They are both fantastic and VERY professional guys!!! Follow-up was consistent and the whole team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Joel, Veronica, Frank and William are a fine example of top notch personnel, and represent the credibility of PURLIFT extremely well.

Gus and his team at Purlift have been very responsive while I have been evaluating how to proceed on my pool renovation project. Despite having decided to go with a full renovation instead of a lift, Gus and his team continue to show their willingness to assist in any way they could. I would definitely recommend them for the professionalism and timeliness.
