Very pleasant and helpful.
Sales Process
Matthieu Yelle was professional, courteous and very kind. He was very knowledgeable about the product and service and answered all my questions. It should be mentioned that I was on crutches and he was insistent on letting himself out as he did not want to touble me with walking and struggling with the door.

Also very helpful and provided extra information about where to buy caulking.
