As a Team Manager, Marie-Laurie was in charge of the customer care service department, and led a team of 20+ employees. She has worked for companies such as Koodo Mobile, Shaw Direct, and Vidéotron. She enjoyed being a Manager because she was able to implement best practices, be a strong coach and help others improve on their skills. Marie-Laurie is a team leader who is solution-oriented and creative.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, going to the gym, and being involved in animal care.
