At a very young age, Kiefer was fascinated by power tools such as drills, saws, sanders and grinders. He is very efficient, likes to learn new things, and never shies away from difficult work. Kiefer is dependable and has a positive attitude with his co-workers and with customers. Improving and increasing productivity are keys things that drive Kiefer to excel in any given job.

When he is not at the shop or on a job site, he stays active by biking or longboarding. He enjoys his time with his family and friends.
