Jocelyne joined the Purlift team in 2018. She has over 25 years of experience in various customer service roles, and is an expert in customer care. She is very responsive to the needs of customers, by promptly and efficiently helping them with their inquires. From responding to calls, processing orders, applications and requests, organizing workflows, managing customers' accounts, maintaining customer databases to providing valuable feedback, Jocelyne is able to accomplish it all with a smile.
During her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, watching hockey and football, and movies.
